Red January!

The idea behind #RedJanuary, is to start 2021 in a positive way, by using sport and physical activity to support mental health. With what is currently going on in the world, this is now more important than ever.

We have been encouraging our staff to participate, and they've been taking up lots of different sports and activities, including yoga, cycling, running and long walks with the dogs!
