Paediatric First Aid Training

At Banana Moon Barnstaple, the safety and wellbeing of the children in our care is always our highest priority. Recently, members of our team refreshed their knowledge and skills by completing their Paediatric First Aid training.

Keeping first aid training up to date is an important part of maintaining a safe nursery environment. The course provided valuable opportunities for our team to review essential skills and ensure they are fully prepared to respond quickly and confidently in an emergency

During the training, staff refreshed their knowledge in a range of important areas including CPR, treating minor injuries, responding to choking incidents and understanding how to support children in a variety of emergency situations. Regular training ensures that our team always has the most up-to-date knowledge and practical experience

We would like to say a big thank you to First Aid at Hand for delivering another excellent training session and supporting our team in maintaining these vital skills.
